Every announcement about Saudi Arabia’s dream city project 'Neom' draws the attention of the world. The latest news is about Epicon, an area consisting of buildings that will be termed 'engineering marvel' in the true sense of the word. Luxury hotels, apartments, resorts and more will be part of it. The tourist sanctuary, which will be built along Neom's northernmost seafront, marks the beginning of the wonders that will be Saudi Arabia’s dream city. Neom, constructed in the desert, is envisioned as a futuristic city with state-of-the-art facilities that are unrivalled by anything in the rest of the world.

The first thing that will catch one’s eye is the two skyscrapers of Epicon being built as part of Neom. These towers are 225 metres and 275 metres high. They will house luxury hotels on 41 floors, with 14 suites and apartments set apart for visitors. The Epicon resort will be situated near these aesthetically designed twin towers, featuring 120 rooms and 45 beach-facing villas. Epicon's unique design was conceptualized by Studio 10 Design. Guests will be able to enjoy various luxury amenities, including a spa, watersports, gym, library, workspaces, and swimming pools.

Recently, another tourist centre named Neom Leyja was announced as part of the comprehensive project. Three hotels will be built as part of Leyja, with a total of 120 rooms and suites. Each hotel will consist of 40 rooms. Leyja is being constructed near a 400-metre-high mountain. The first hotel will be designed to enable adventure tourism activities, allowing adventurers to climb down the hotel walls adjacent to the mountain by holding their grips on them. The hotel will also provide facilities for mountaineering. The second hotel will be built next to the largest oasis in the area, with steps descending from the mountain. The third hotel will serve as a health centre amidst enchanting natural scenery.
