Inter Kerala midfielder Bibin Babu scored a late penalty to hold Kerala Blasters to a 2-2 draw in the Kerala Premier League at Manjeri on Friday.

Bibin converted his side's second spot kick in the 87th minute. Earlier, he had drawn his team level at 1-1 with a penalty kick in the 66th minute.

Substitute Roshith Joshi had put the Blasters 2-1 ahead in the 73rd minute before Inter's late comeback. Kerala's Santosh Trophy hero Muhammad Ajsal had opened the Blasters' scoring in the 29th minute.

Kerala Blasters, who play in the Indian Super League, are fielding their reserves side in the KPL.

Result: Kerala Blasters 2 (Ajsal 29, Roshith 73) drew with Inter Kerala 2 (Bibin Babu 66 (p), 87 (p))
