Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has been impressing his fans and critics alike with his incredible physique for decades. Even at the age of 58, the actor is a bundle of energy and looks extremely fit and sculpted. Meanwhile, the netizens have been posting interesting comments, appreciating Shahrukh Khan’s looks and style. While some wonder whether the actor has forgotten how to age others are curious to know his diet and lifestyle.
While sharing his fitness secrets recently to an international news media, the superstar confessed that he sleeps only for four hours, while a healthy person should sleep for at least 6 – 7 hours. Shah Rukh, who goes to bed at 5 am wakes up by 9 or 10 am. Besides, he eats just one meal a day. However, Shahrukh says that he isn’t following intermittent fasting but just prefers having one meal. When he is shooting, he returns home by 2 am and starts working out immediately after taking a shower. Shah Rukh Khan works out for at least half an hour before going to bed by 5 am.
