The owner of this beautiful abode in Kakkanad fell in love with European architecture when he travelled abroad, quite a few times, for business. Since then, he had wished to build a house of his own that features the chic style of European architecture. It was after completing the structure that noted architect Manoj Kumar came onboard to transform this house into a classic European mansion.

The front side of the house was completely redesigned and few other changes too were made to match the exteriors with the theme of the interiors.

Interestingly, the balcony on the elevation has been separately done. Attractive furnishing materials and unique designs are the highlights here. Lava stones that were imported from Jaipur, amazing grill works, wooden strips and the wall texture finish grant a touch of European elegance to the house.

Designed in 5700 sqft, this fabulous abode has a sit out, foyer, prayer area, drawing room, decking, floor, family living area, kitchen, an elevator and a bedroom in the ground floor. Meanwhile, there are three bedrooms, servant’s room, utility space and upper living area in the upper floor.

Glass openings and double height spaces ensure that natural sunlight and cool breeze enter the house abundantly. Hand drawn paintings done by eminent artists adorn the bedroom walls.

Nano white has been paved on the counter top in this high end kitchen. Meanwhile, the cabinets don wooden paint finish. A dining table too is arranged in the kitchen.

The grand elegance of European architecture and the luxurious interiors that boast of modern amenities make this house an absolute head turner.
