Ingredients
4 cups frozen corn kernels (or fresh corn, kernels removed)
2 tbsp butter
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chilli flakes
Preparation
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat
Add the corn and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes until heated through
Reduce the heat to low
Stir in the milk and mayonnaise until combined
Gradually add the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Cook for an additional 2 minutes until everything is well mixed and heated through
Transfer to a papercup and sprinkle chilli flakes
