Ingredients
1/4 cabbage
1 carrot
1 onion
1 green chilli
½ cup chickpea flour
¼ tsp cumin seeds
¼ tsp white sesame seeds
½ cup yoghurt
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Preparation
In a bowl, mix finely chopped cabbage, carrot, onion, green chillies, salt, white sesame seeds, cumin seeds, chickpea flour, yogurt, and water as needed
Let the batter rest for at least three minutes
Grease a hot pan with some oil
Scoop some batter and spread it on the hot pan like a flatbread
Sprinkle some black sesame seeds on top
Flip and cook both sides until golden brown
