Ingredients
Two bananas
One small cup of grated coconut
Three green chilli
¼ teaspoon of cumin seeds
¼ teaspoon of fenugreek
One piece jaggery
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt (as required)
Two sprigs of curry leaves

Preparation
Cook the bananas by mixing turmeric powder, salt, and jaggery
Add the grated coconut paste into the mix, followed by the curd
Mix well and cook until the curry thickens
Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds
Add curry leaves and red chillies and switch off the flame
Put this over curry and sprinkle roasted fenugreek powder
The tasty pulissery is ready
