Ingredients
1 glass cowpeas
½ tsp turmeric powder
10 shallots
Curry leaves as required
1 tbsp chili flakes
Salt as required
Preparation
Cook the cowpeas in a pressure cooker by adding some turmeric powder
Make sure that the cowpeas aren’t overcooked
Crush the shallots and curry leaves
Heat coconut oil in a pan
Sauté the shallots and chili flakes
Add the cooked cowpeas and salt as required
Cook until the water is reduced
