20 gms butter
¼ cup rice flour
Salt as required

Mash the boiled potatoes well
Into it add butter and salt

Add pepper powder, chilli flakes, rice powder and corn flour
Give everything a good mix
Scoop balls from this dough and shape them into sticks
Fry in hot oil
