Around the COVID lockdown a few years ago, many of us were on a cooking spree, thanks to many novel dishes which were going viral.
One of them was the refreshingly interesting jackfruit seed milkshake. As yet another summer season with plenty of jackfruits in our yards, why not try this easy-to-make milkshake, yet again?
Not only is it extremely delicious, it's also rich in anti oxidants and vitamins. Here's the recipe!
Ingradients
8-10 jackfruit seeds
1 glass of water
2 pods of cardamom
10 spoons of sugar
2 glass of milk
Preparation
Crush jackfruit seeds and remove skin
Boil them in pressure cooker up to four whistles
Once lukewarm, add sugar and cardamom to the seeds
Grind them in a mixie
Add boiled, cold milk to it and blend them another round in mixie
Refreshing, filling jackfruit milkshake is ready
