Ingredients
300 gms chicken
2 tbsp chilli powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp cumin seeds or powder
2 tbsp yoghurt
1 small piece of ginger
2 big garlic cloves or 3 small cloves
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation
Wash and drain the chicken pieces
Prepare a marinade paste using turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin, ginger, garlic, salt and yoghurt
Marinate the chicken pieces using this paste
Keep the marinated chicken in the fridge for at least 2 hours
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan
Add the marinated chicken pieces
Cook each side for 8 minutes on medium flame
Tandoori flavoured fried chicken tastes best when served hot.
