Ingredients
1 cup vermicelli 
1 potato (boiled)
1 carrot 
1 onion
1 bell pepper
¼ cup cheese cubes
50 gm crushed vermicelli
1 egg
½ tsp pepper powder
Salt as required

Preparation
Cook the vermicelli in 2 cups water
Mix the cooked vermicelli with potato, carrot, bell pepper, salt and pepper
Scoop a ball of it and press it on your palm
Place a cheese cube in the middle and roll them into balls
Dip the vermicelli balls in beaten egg and roll them in crushed vermicelli
Fry in hot oil on low flame until the balls are nice and crunchy.
