Ingredients
2 medium boiled eggs
250 gm chicken mince/chicken breast
¼ cup spring onion
1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
½ tsp salt
1 tsp pepper powder
¼ tsp paprika
2 tsp rice flour
1 ½ tsp all-purpose flour

Preparation
Into a bowl add the chicken mince, spring onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, rice flour and all-purpose flour
Mix well
Spread some oil on a plastic sheet and place a palm full of the chicken mix on it
Flatten the mix into a patty using your fingers
Place a boiled egg in the centre of this patty 
Cover the egg with the chicken patty
Dip this in egg white and roll it in bread crumbs
Heat oil in a pan and add the coated egg
Fry on medium flame until all the sides are brown in colour
Cut the Scotch egg in half after it has cooled a bit.
