This special pepper chicken has no chillies or chilli powder added in it. Here is how you could easily prepare this tasty chicken dry fry.

Ingredients
300 gms chicken
3 onions (chopped)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic
1 tsp pepper corns
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp fennel seeds
½ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
2 tbsp yoghurt
2 tsp pepper powder
Coconut oil as required

Preparation
Heat 1 ½ tsp coconut oil in pan
Sauté onion, ginger-garlic paste, cumin and fennel seeds
Into it, add garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder
Sauté well until the powders turn fragrant
Save 3 spoons of this masala for later
Add the chicken into the masala in the pan
Crush the pepper corns
Grind the previously saved masala into paste in a mixer jar
Beat the yoghurt too in the same mixer
Add the masala paste, yoghurt and pepper powder into the chicken in the pan
Cook for 10 minutes with the lid on
Add salt as required.
