Thari choru is a special delicacy which has the goodness of ghee, raisins, and cashews. The rose water gives the dish sweet and refreshing fragrance as well. Check out the simple recipe of thari choru which can be prepared for your Eid feast.

Ingredients
50 gms ghee
2 tbsp cashews (chopped)
100 gms semolina
100 gms sugar
1 cup water
2 tsp rose water

Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan and roast the cashews and raisins until light brown in colour. Set it aside
Add semolina into the same pan and roast.
Into it add water and sugar and cook on low flame with the lid on.
After the water has reduced well, add the fried cashews and raisins.
Sprinkle the rose water over the dish and serve hot.
