Sizzler is a popular dish where grilled meat is served with lots of roasted vegetables, on a hot stone plate.

Ingredients
4 lamb chops
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp fenugreek powder
1 tsp salt
Juice of half lemon
Pumpkin wedges
1 tsp rock salt
Black pepper as required
Oil as required
5 chicken sausages
1 chicken breast
2 tbsp garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp chilli flakes
4 baby corn
Potato wedges
Chinese cabbage
Butter

Preparation
Marinate the lamb chops with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, fenugreek powder, lemon juice and salt
In an oven tray, marinate the pumpkin wedges with rock salt, black pepper powder, and oil as required
Bake the pumpkin wedges for 20 minutes in 150 degree Celsius
Heat some oil in a grilling pan
Add the marinated lamb chops
Grill the lamb chops
In the same pan, grill the chicken sausages as well
Heat oil in another pan
Add the chicken breast
Add salt and pepper as required
Roast well
Add chopped garlic, chilli flakes, some water, and baby corn
Cook well
In another pan, heat oil
Add the potato wedges and fry until golden brown
On a hot sizzler plate, serve the Chinese cabbage and roasted pumpkin
Place the roasted chicken breast, grilled lamb chops, sausages, and fried potato wedges on top it
Add a spoonful of butter into the sizzler plate.
