Kottayam: Saintgits College of Engineering inaugurated Srishti 2025, the 11th National-Level Technical Project Exhibition & Competition, on February 24. Thomas T John, Director of Saintgits Group of Institutions, officiated the inaugural ceremony.

This year, Srishti embraces the theme ‘Innovations for a Sustainable and Inclusive Future,’ encouraging engineering students to develop socially relevant projects.

Students from various engineering colleges across India exhibited a total of 135 external projects. Additionally, over 200 projects were displayed by B.Tech students of Saintgits College of Engineering.

Government Engineering College, Barton Hill, Thiruvananthapuram, won the Best Institution Award. A team of four students—Anand S, Devadathan A, Radev Krishna M R, and Rahul M D—from the same institution received the Best Innovation Award, while their project guide, Manju R, secured the Best Mentor Award.

KPR Institute of Engineering & Technology, Coimbatore, won the Best Srishti Stall Award. The Most Promising Start-up Award was presented to Justin George and Anand M from Fuselage Innovations Private Limited.

M Kumarasamy College of Engineering, Karur, Tamil Nadu, received the Best Participation Award. Srishti includes a total prize pool of Rs 4.82 lakh, including Rs 1 lakh for the Best Innovation.
