2 tsp butter
1 ½ cups onion (chopped)
1 tbsp maida
½ litre milk
1 cup water
Salt as required
Pepper as required
Coriander leaves for garnishing

Heat butter in a pan
Add chopped onions and sauté well
Add maida
Mix well
Add milk
Pour water
Add salt and pepper powder as per taste
Boil well
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
