Sausage, bacon and cheese come together to create a toothsome meat pie. Serve it this season for Easter.

Ingredients
100gm sausage, casings removed, sliced
100gm bacon cut into ½ inch pieces
100gm fresh basket cheese, cut into ½ inch pieces
50gm grated Parmesan cheese
6 eggs, slightly beaten

For pie crust

300 gm refined flour
5gm tsp baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg, slightly beaten (save some yolk for top)
50ml oil or 75gm butter
150ml water

Preparation
Prepare crust by mixing flour, baking powder and salt. Add the eggs, oil and water. Make a dough out of it
Leave for an hour in the refrigerator
Flatten the dough and press into a pie dish 
Dock the base of the crust with a fork
For the filling, mix cut up sausage, bacon, cheeses and beaten eggs
Pour into the crust lined pie dish. Design the edges using fingers
Bake approximately for 40 minutes at 250 degrees for your delicious meat pie
