Left over idlis at home? Chop them up in the evening to make an interesting and tasty snack for your young ones.

Ingredients
5 nos, idlis
10 pods, garlic
1 piece, ginger
½, lemon juices extract
2 big tsp, Kashmiri chilli powder
2 stems, curry leaves
Salt, as required
Oil, to fry

Preparation
Cut each idli into 4 pieces
Grind garlic, ginger, lemon juice, red chilli powder, curry leaves, and salt mildly. Marinate this on the idli
Heat a pan with oil in it. You can fry this marinated idli in oil and serve it hot
Similarly, you can make curd idlis with leftover idlis
Take 4 left over idlis and cut them into small pieces. Put it in a vessel
Take some curd in a vessel and add salt to it. Beat it well. Pour this on top of the idli pieces
Take a pan and heat oil in it. Saute mustard seeds, shallots, dried red chillies and curry leaves. This can be added to the mixture kept aside
Fried idli is ready
