A fabulous dish out of left over chicken pieces from the curry prepared, this chicken pie is that mantra that lures your kids to the dining table for after school goodies.

Ingredients
1 cup chicken pieces from leftover chicken curry, sliced
6 tomatoes
1 tbsp garlic paste
¾ tsp pepper powder
Salt, as required
2 tbsp oil
1 packet mushrooms
1 onion, sliced
½ cup baby corn sliced into strips
3 tbsp cheese grated

Preparation
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees
Boil the tomatoes and puree them
In a pan, pour a little oil and add the garlic paste
Saute well and add the tomato puree. Also throw in salt and black pepper powder
Let the mix thicken and reduce it to one cup and keep aside
Heat a little oil and saute the mushrooms with a little salt and pepper
Saute the onions and baby corn as well
Now, to bake this dish, take a deep bottomed glass bowl
Spread half the tomato puree first
Layer the sauteed mushroom, onion and baby corn and sliced chicken over it
Spread the rest of the tomato puree over this
Sprinkle the grated cheese on top
Bake this in the pre-heated oven till the top portion turns brown
