Want to stay at actor Mammootty’s house in Kochi's Panampilly Nagar? How to book, rates, other facilities

Malayalam actor Mammootty’s house on Kochi’s KC Joseph Road in Panampilly Nagar is often a spot where fans love to click photos. Instead of just trying to spot the superstar or his parked car, those interested—and who can afford it—can stay here, too, starting next month. The actor has opened the doors of ‘Mammootty House’ to his fans to offer a personally styled ‘boutique villa’ experience. The facility, which is quite near to the 'Live-in Style' salon by famous stylist Shobha Kunjan( wife of actor Kunjan), is managed by Vkationexperiences, a group that curates luxury stays across South India.

When to stay, how to book
Currently, the facility is available for booking only via phone at 9778465700 and 9778455700. While the booking is open, you can make reservations only from April 1. The facility has four bedrooms of double occupancy. The cost per night for the stay is Rs 75,000. For details, you can also email reservations@vkation.com.

Interestingly, many fans want to know whether they will be able to meet or spend time with Mammootty as well, if they book the facility. The platform says nothing other than the stay is offered to those reserving ‘Mammootty House,’ at the moment.  
The Panampilly Nagar area in Kochi is a green yet posh locality where many Malayalam actors and other celebrities live.
