Hello
Siddique has denied the charges the investigation team made against him.
Siddique also argued that delays in the case proceedings should not be a reason to deny him bail.
The police report, submitted on October 19, highlighted that Siddique's fans celebrated the court's decision by distributing sweets when his bail was first heard.
The actor claimed that the police were spying on him and leaking information about his activities to the media.
It was in August, the Museum police charged the actor with rape and criminal intimidation based on a complaint from a female colleague.
Siddique did not respond to any questions from the media as he left the Police Commissioner’s office in Thiruvananthapuram.
The actor communicated his willingness to appear for questioning via email to the SIT.
Accompanied by his son Shaheen, Siddique spent approximately 30 minutes at the advocate's office to seek legal advice.
A bench of Justices Bela M Trivedi and Satish Chandra Sharma issued notices to the Kerala government and the victim during a hearing on Siddique's challenge to the High Court's decision.
Senior Advocate Mukul Rohatgi, representing Siddique, argued before the court that his client was unfairly denied anticipatory bail.
