Students should fill up the application form, available at the schools, and submit these to the head masters
Those who finish first at the international competitions will get 100 marks as grace marks.
As per the latest decision, only those winning medals in events at the international level will be allotted 30 marks.
However, no decision has been taken on the total number of grace marks to be awarded.
The winners of the first three places would get 20, 17 and 14 marks respectively.
The Principal Secretary has issued the new order in this regard after the Public Education Director recommend the Government sweeping changes in existing provisions.
The minister added that that the system for awarding grace marks will be regularised soon.
