Hangzhou: Indian long jumpers M Sreeshankar and Jeswin Aldrin qualified for the final of the Asian Games here on Saturday.

Keralite Sreeshankar produced a jump of 7.97m in his opening jump to book his spot in the final.

The automatic qualifying mark was 7.9m.

The Commonwealth Games silver medallist had failed to qualify for the final in the recent World Championships.

Jeswin Aldrin too qualified for the final as his third attempt of 7.67m was enough to finishing second in his heats.
