Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor, who recorded her statement with the Bandra Police, said the intruder who entered their residence did not touch jewellery that was kept in the open. As per PTI, the actor also revealed that the person was aggressive during the scuffle. The police recorded the actor’s statement following the attack at the Bollywood star couple's apartment in Bandra in the early hours of Thursday, an official said.

An intruder attacked Khan after entering his 12th-floor apartment in the Satguru Sharan building. The actor sustained multiple stab wounds, including on his neck, and was rushed to Lilavati Hospital, where he underwent emergency surgery. After the incident, Kareena's sister, actor Karishma Kapoor, took her to her residence in Khar, the official said. “After the attack, I was terrified, so Karisma took me to her house,” she had said.

Saif has been recuperating well after his surgery at the Lilavati Hospital and has been shifted to a suite. He was attacked at his home by an intruder, who reportedly climbed up a flight of stairs and sneaked into their Sharan Satguru building in the luxurious Bandra area of Mumbai. The assailant, as per IANS, also demanded Rs 1 crore, as per the house help, who was present at the scene, and also sustained injuries from the knife wielded by the intruder.
