Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan has charmed millions of movie lovers worldwide with his impeccable onscreen charm and chiselled looks. His fans say his eyes are probably his most expressive features, as the actor can convey a million emotions. Now, the noted UK-based cosmetologist Dr Julian De Silva, who conducted a scientific study using face mapping software, has named Shah Rukh the 10th most handsome man in the world.
As per reports, the software he used studies facial symmetry and features using the 'Greek Golden Ratio of Beauty metrics.' It considers the shape and size of a person's eyes, eyebrows, chin, lips, jaws, and nose, which are considered for evaluation. In Shah Rukh’s case, his age is just a number when it comes to the perfect symmetry of his face. He has retained his appeal and unique facial features even at 58. However, he scored a bit low in the shape of his nose. British actor Aaron Taylor–John topped the list by achieving a remarkable facial symmetry score.
Trainer reveals secret of King Khan's looks
While any comment on the looks or fitness of actors can be easily brushed aside, saying 'they have access to the best people and products, so it's no big deal for them,' people who know Shah Rukh Khan say he works hard on his fitness. His wife, Gauri Khan, once said that neither she nor Shah Rukh eat from outside as a means to stay fit. His fitness trainer, Prashant Sawant, who has been working with him for over 20 years, said in a recent podcast that Shah Rukh has a sportsman's mindset. It the exercise does not sweat him, he won't have fun. He works out for 45 minutes, one body part every day, at least 5 days a week. SRK revealed that he sleeps only for four hours and enjoys a nutrient-rich diet. He sleeps at 5 am and wakes up at around 9 – 10 am. He also eats only one meal a day.
