Try out this yummy, jiggly chocolate pudding recipe. It takes just 15 minutes to prepare. It needs just five ingredients – and no eggs, unlike the common pudding recipe.

Ingredients
2 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
3 cornflour
2 1/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla essence

Preparation
Mix the cocoa powder and cornflour in a bowl
Add 1/4 of cold milk to it
Mix well and ensure there are no lumps
keep this mixture aside
Heat the remaining 2 cups of milk in a saucepan
Do not boil it
When the milk is hot, add the sugar
Mix well using a whisk
Continue stirring until the sugar is dissolved completely
Lower the flame and add in the cocoa, cornflour mixture to it
Mix well with a whisk and get rid of any lumps
Keep it on a low flame and stir continuously until the mixture thickens
Turn off the heat
Add in the vanilla essence and mix again
Pour it into moulds and cover them with aluminium foil or a lid
Allow it to cool down
Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours
Enjoy when the pudding is set
