Ingredients
3 burger buns
150 gms chicken
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic
3 green chillies
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chilli flakes
Salt as required
Tomato ketchup
Mayonnaise
Coriander leaves
Mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Heat butter on a pan
Sauté garlic and green chillies
Add chicken pieces and cook well
Add salt as required
Into it add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder and chilli flakes
Sauté until the raw smell of the powders is gone
Cut the burger buns in half
Spread mayonnaise on both halves
Place the chicken filling
Spread tomato ketchup
Add the mozzarella cheese
Place the top half of the bun
Secure the burger using a tooth pick.
