Here's the recipe of spicy and delicious prawns fry masala that could be enjoyed with rice, chapathi or porotta.

Ingredients
½ kg prawns
5 – 6 shallots
2 inch ginger piece
2 garlic cloves
1 small tomato
2 sprigs curry leaves
3 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
Salt as required
3 - 4 tbsp coconut oil

Preparation
Clean and devein the prawns
Grind shallots, ginger, garlic, tomato and curry leaves in a mixer jar; do not add water
Into it add Kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt
Mix well
Marinate the cleaned prawns in this masala paste
Keep aside for at least half an hour (you could also marinate overnight in the fridge)
Fry the marinated prawns in hot coconut oil
Add some curry leaves to make the dish flavoursome and aromatic
Tasty prawns fry masala is ready.
