Pumpkin flower
Grated coconut
Chopped onion
Green chilies
Rice
Mustard seeds as required
Salt as required
Turmeric powder as required
Shallots as required
Coconut oil

Preparation
Wash the pumpkin flower and cut into small pieces
Heat coconut oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds
Sauté the chopped onions, green chilies and curry leaves
Now add the pumpkin flower and grated coconut
Mix well
Into it add salt and turmeric powder
Clover the lid and cook
Meanwhile, heat coconut oil in another pan
Fry the rice
Sauté shallots and curry leaves until light brown
Now add the pumpkin flower mixture into this
Give everything a good mix
You could add a scrambled egg if you like
