Here is a simple recipe for refreshing raita that can boost the digestive process. You can enjoy this raita with your regular meals.
Ingredients
1 cup yoghurt
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
½ tsp cumin powder
¼ tsp chilli powder
Salt as required
1 tsp ghee
Preparation
Beat the yoghurt well
Into it add the coriander leaves, cumin powder and salt
Mix well
Now add the ghee
Sprinkle the chilli powder on top
Enjoy the special raita.
