Ingredients
4 slices bread
2 potatoes (boiled and mashed)
Half onion
Half bell pepper
Small piece ginger
1 green chilli
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp garam masala
1 tbsp corn flour
¼ tsp pepper powder
Preparation
Cut off the edges of the bread slices
Into a bowl add the bread pieces, potatoes, onion, bell pepper, ginger, green chilli, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, corn flour, pepper powder and salt
Give everything a good mix
Scoop balls from it and shape them into cutlets
Deep fry the cutlets in hot oil
Fry on medium flame until the cutlets are golden in colour
Serve the hot bread cutlets with tomato ketchup.
