Ingredients
1 cup semolina
½ cup grated coconut
Shallots as required
1 tsp cumin seeds
Water as required
Salt as required
Preparation
Into a mixer jar add the semolina, grated coconut, shallots, salt and some water as well
Grind into fine paste/batter
Transfer this into a bowl
Into the batter add the cumin seeds and mix well
Heat a pan and rub some oil or butter
Pour a spoon full of batter
Put on the lid and allow the pancake to cook on both sides.
