Here is a simple recipe of crispy banana bread roll which is an excellent breakfast dish.

Ingredients
1 big banana (cut into cubes)
1/4 cup grated coconut
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
2 tsp ghee
1 cup bread crumbs
Oil to fry
1/2 litre milk
6 slices milky bread
2 1/2 tsp all purpose flour (maida)
2 eggs

Preparation
Dip the bread slices in milk and keep it aside
Heat ghee in a pan
Add the banana cubes, grated coconut, sugar and cardamom powder
Roast well
Add the beaten eggs in the all purpose flour and mix well
Spread the milk-dipped bread slices using a rolling pin
Place a spoonful of the banana filling in the centre of the bread slices
Roll the bread slices with the filling inside
Dip the rolls in the egg-maida batter and then roll it in bread crumbs
Heat oil in a pan
Add the bread rolls and fry until golden brown on a low flame
Serve hot by drizzling some honey on top.
