Ingredients
250 g chicken minced and cooked
500 g maida
1 tbsp oil
2 green chilies
2 onions
1 tsp ginger, chopped
2 tsp garlic, chopped
1 tsp soya sauce

Salt as required

Preparation
Mix maida, oil, and salt together in a bowl
Add water as required
Knead well into a dough soft enough for dumpling
Mix chicken, soy sauce and salt with the finely chopped chilies, onion, ginger and garlic to make the filling
Roll the dough into small balls
Roll out each ball in thin round shape
Place a teaspoon of filling each in the center
Join the edges of the dough strip and fold them into a crescent shape
Steam in a steamer for about twenty minutes
Serve with tomato and garlic sauce
