Delicious and fragrant masala rice could be easily prepared in just 10 minutes. You do not need a curry or a side dish to enjoy the masala rice. Check out the recipe.

Ingredients
1 cup boiled basmati rice
1 medium sized onion
1 medium sized tomato
1 green chilli
4 cloves garlic
½ cup carrot
½ cup green peas
½ cup bell pepper
½ cup coriander leaves
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp garam masala
Salt as required
4 tbsp oil

Preparation
Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté 1 tbsp chopped garlic
Into it add the onion, green chilli and tomato
Sauté well
Now add the carrot, bell pepper, green peas and other veggies
Cook for some time
Add the coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala
Sauté until the raw smell of the powders are gone
Add chopped coriander leaves as well
Mix well
Add the boiled basmati rice
Mix well until the rice is coated in the vegetable masala
Serve hot.
