Vegetable juice
Vegetable juices are nutritious than fruit juices. However, if not prepared properly, the juice might taste bad. Some people might get repulsive if bitter tasting vegetables are added in the juice.

When to drink
It is better to drink juice as soon as you make it in order to get all the nutrients in it. Refrigerating the juice that was made in the morning and then drinking it in the evening is not a healthy habit.

Even though it is safe to store home made juice up to twenty four hours, it is better to drink it when it is still fresh.

Do not blend seeds
Do not forget to remove the seeds from the fruits and vegetables before extracting the juice. The seeds could alter the real taste of the juice. Moreover, some seeds may be poisonous too.
