The Triveni: Three Masters concert, which will kick off on December 27, will only focus on music. Singers Anoop Jalot, Shankar Mahadevan and Hariharan have declined the suggestion to include dance performances by popular actors Tamannaah Bhatia and Nora Fatehi during the concert, which is set to take place in Ahmedabad, Delhi and Indore this month. The concert organiser Manish Harishankar had made the suggestion to the trio, who refused to include this segment to their tour. The singers noted that the audience should be able to focus only on the music and not dance.

As per reports, the singers want Triveni: Three Masters to present the rich musical traditions of India through the spectacular voices of talented singers. They added that the event would lose its purpose if the dance performances of the actors are included. They, however, noted that the organisers could include more number of singers and musicians to the concert, if their craft matches the objective of the program. Though Manish Harishankar told the media that he tried to contact Nora and Tamannaah’s managers, they are yet to respond.
