Singer Niranj Suresh brings out first independent single 'Thottampattu'

Playback singer Niranj Suresh recently rendered his first independent single which was composed by Doctor Lincoln.

Titled "Thottampattu", the song is an ode to all people who puts in their efforts to make their dreams come true. The duo says, "Thottampattu as the title implies, means victory song. Through most of our childhood we build dreams and aspirations. As we grow, our dreams and aspirations become grounded with reality. We fight hard through everyday struggles. We face challenges, insecurities and criticism every single day. But eventually we overcome our obstacles and reach our destination. This is our ode to the everyday struggles of every single human who dares to dream."

The video

The song is written by Engandiyur Chandrashekaran. The video is directed by Niranj Suresh himself. The cinematography is handled by Jayakrishnan T.V whereas the editing is done by Joel Kavi. The single is released through Muzik247.

On Work front

Niranj, who debuted as a playback singer through Asha Black, has sung for films like Anuraga Karikkin Vellam, Sakhavu and Solo, Aby, Godha and Thoppil Joppan.

He is the lead singer of the progressive rock band from Kochi, Mother Jane and has also been a vocalist with Blank Planet and his own music venture named NRJ Project.

He had last sung for Gopi Sundar for the movie World Famous Lover.
