Many celebs from the industry have come out and talked about incidents of sexual harassment in public. But 'Dangal' girl Fatima Sana Shaikh, 27, is one who doesn't want to divulge about similar experiences.

Talking about it, she was quoted by a daily as, “I don’t want to expose that side of my life I’m dealing with it, speaking to people I’m close to. Just like I won’t judge those who want to share their horror stories, I expect not to be judged for not sharing mine."

Further clarifying, Fathima told a website that #MeToo movement has provided a voice to victims but it varies from person to person.

“I think people have misunderstood the #MeToo movement if they restrict it only to the film industry. It's happening in every sector. What happened to me was long time ago. It happened when I was very young. I think people assuming that it's very current and wondering why I am not talking about it, that's a lot of expectation. Every woman in our country has dealt with it and I'm sure not everyone wants to talk about it publicly,” she said.

Although her debut movie 'Dangal' was a blockbuster, Fatima's last film, 'Thugs Of Hindostan', was a huge flop at the box office. Currently, she has two big films in her kitty, Anurag Basu’s crime drama with Rajkummar Rao and a horror-comedy with Saif Ali Khan.
