Following the strong earthquake in Myanmar and Thailand early today, the Indian Embassy in Bangkok has issued emergency contact numbers for citizens. Indian nationals in Thailand are advised to contact +66 618819218 in case of any emergencies. So far, no Indians have been affected by the quakes in both either country. Meanwhile, airlines across Southeast Asia have waived rebooking fees and issued advisories. Various travel insurance providers have also reportedly updated their coverage to add seismic disruptions. 

The UK government's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) has advised people against non-essential travel to various regions in Thailand, which are:
1) Yala province
2) Pattani province
3) Narathiwat province
4) Southern Songkhla province
There is also an advisory against all but essential traivel on the Hat Yai to Padang Besar train line, which runs through these regions. Indian citizens in Myanmar or Thailand should register with the respective embassies for updates and assistance.
