Head coach Bino George has said his team is fully fit and well rested for the match.
Jijo netted the winner in the 86th minute. Earlier, the midfielder had equalised in the 16th minute after Manvir Singh had given Punjab a shock lead in the 11th minute.
The hosts led by Jijo Joseph will be seeking a win against an unpredictable Punjab side.
Hosts Kerala are placed in Group A, which consists of heavyweights West Bengal and Punjab. Rajasthan and Meghalaya are the other teams in the group.
The camp will be held at the Devagiri College Ground in Kozhikode from October 18 to November 21.
