SC granted bail to Sisodia on Friday.
A bench of justices B R Gavai and K V Viswanathan said Sisodia has been in custody for 17 months and trial has not yet commenced, depriving him of the right to speedy trial.
The accused were produced before the court through video conference.
Sisodia has been in custody since February 26, 2023.
Sisodia resigned from the Delhi cabinet on February 28, 2023.
Sisodia was arrested by CBI on February 26, 2023.
A bench of Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Justice SVN Bhatti said it has recorded the statements of the probe agencies that the trial in these cases will conclude in six to eight months.
Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma, however, allowed him to meet his wife in custody for one day at her convenience between 10 am and 5 pm.
