The Elevate's global debut was held in New Delhi last month as Honda aims to make a big comeback into the SUV market.
Honda's new cruiser bike announcement is aimed at bringing together a section of 350cc fans. The new model will share its underpins with H'ness CB350.
The motorcycles are powered by a 350cc air cooled 4-stroke OHC single-cylinder engine that delivers 30 Nm of torque at 3000 rpm.
The company had sold 89,152 units in the domestic market in 2021, Honda Cars India Ltd (HCIL) said in a statement.
Honda currently sells its premium range of cars including City, City e:HEV, Amaze, Jazz and WR-V in the domestic market. Currently Honda is celebrating 25 Years of City in India across all outlets.
According to information available on Honda's India website, a discount of up to Rs 63,144 is being given on various vehicles.
Among tier one cities, the City has the highest sales in New Delhi, while in tier 2 and 3 cities, Kerala has the highest sales -- in Kochi and Kollam.
The incident took place around 2.30 am on Tuesday as the car was parked outside the VIP Park, JP Tent house in Keshav Puram.
Honda Motor will end its participation as an engine supplier in the FIA Formula One World Championship at the end of the 2021 season to focus on zero-emission technology.
