Videos of women placing idols of Lord Hanuman and wrapping up seats in saffron in certain theatres in India, have already gone viral.
The film with a lot of VFX-heavy scenes was made on a budget of Rs 500 crores.
It is 35 feet tall and was sculptured at Allagadda in Andhra Pradesh. It will be unveiled by the end of April.
The Hanuman sculpture has a height of 35 feet and when placed on a pedestal of 20 feet, the total height would be 55 feet.
Built abutting the fringes of the mist-kissed verdant forests of the historical Ashoka Vatika, beside a burbling stream meandering its way through the woods, the Seethai Amman kovil at Sita Eliya brings forth the bygone Ramayana alive.
