The three-day mentorship program, led by the renowned Quiz Man of Kerala, Snehaj Srinivas, aims to ignite the minds of young learners.
The programme titled 'Spirit of India' will be organised at 9:30 am at the YMCA Hall, Chittoor Road, Ernakulam, on Saturday
The event is being organised by Malayala Manorama by associating with Q Factory, Kerala’s first professional quiz body and JDT Islam.
Malayalam film actor Anoop Menon presented the prizes to the winners. Santa Monica Study Abroad managing director Denny Thomas Vattakunnel, and Malayala Manorama editorial director Mathews Varghese addressed the gathering.
Schools from Kottayam, Idukki, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha and Ernakulam districts can participate. Each school can nominate two teams of two members.
A cash prize of Rs 3 lakh for Malayala Manorama – Santa Monica Big Q Challenge will be awarded to the team that stands first in the state-level competition.
Students from classes 3 – 9 can participate in the quiz competition. Teams of two participants can register. The registration has to be done via the school authorities.
The funeral will take place in the cemetery at Mar Ivanios Vidya Nagar at 10.30 am on Monday.
