According to the new list of restrictions, students and workers coming into Goa from Kerala will be subject to institutional quarantine, which will be facilitated by management of the educational institutions and offices or factories respectively.
The panchayats of these three areas, which are very popular among tourists, have passed orders to continue the lockdown to curb the spread of the infection.
