Indian badminton ace P V Sindhu rallied to down Vietnam’s Thuy Linh Nguyen at the Arctic Open Super 500 event in Vantaa, Finland, on Friday to reach the semifinals.
Sindhu, who was a game and 14-18 down, came back to win 20-22, 22-20, 21-18 against the world No. 26.
The eighth seed will take on world No. 11 Wang Zhi Yi for a place in the final.
Sindhu has a 2-0 head-to-head record against the Chinese.
