Malayali batter Jincy George scored a century for Madhya Pradesh against Jammu & Kashmir in the quarterfinals of Senior Women's One-Day Trophy in Rajkot on Monday. The right-handed opener scored 109 off 110 balls, hitting 18 boundaries after J&K opted to field.
Kollam native Jincy, who played more than decade for Kerala at various levels, joined the Madhya Pradesh side as a guest player earlier this season.
This was Jincy's second century of the season as she had smashed a 146-ball 188 against Manipur in the one-day event. Jincy was a mainstay of Kerala cricket for several years and played for India A in a quadrangular series.
